회사는 TradingView 차트 위에서 작동하는 기술적 분석 인디케이터, 멤버 전용 커뮤니티, 관련 데이터 및 교육 콘텐츠를 제공합니다. 본 서비스는 기술적 분석 도구이며, 투자자문·매매 대행·금융투자상품이 아닙니다.The Company provides a technical-analysis indicator that runs on TradingView charts, a members-only community, and related data and educational content. The service is a technical analysis tool — it is not investment advice, a trade-execution service, or a financial product.
02이용 자격Eligibility
이용자는 만 19세 이상이며 본 약관에 구속될 법적 능력을 갖추어야 합니다. 회사는 관련 법령 또는 본 약관 위반 시 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다.You must be at least 19 years old and legally capable of entering into these Terms. We may restrict access for violations of applicable law or these Terms.
03구독 · 결제 · 해지Subscription, Billing & Cancellation
- 모든 결제와 멤버십은 제3자 플랫폼 Whop을 통해 처리되며, Whop의 약관이 함께 적용됩니다.All payments and membership are processed through the third-party platform Whop, whose terms also apply.
- 구독은 선택한 주기에 따라 자동 갱신될 수 있으며, 이용자는 Whop에서 언제든지 해지할 수 있습니다.Subscriptions may renew automatically for the selected period; you can cancel at any time through Whop.
- 환불은 Whop의 정책 및 관련 법령에 따릅니다. 디지털 콘텐츠·소프트웨어 액세스의 특성상 일부 환불이 제한될 수 있습니다.Refunds follow Whop's policy and applicable law. Given the nature of digital content and software access, some refunds may be limited.
04라이선스 및 이용 제한License & Acceptable Use
회사는 구독 기간 동안 개인적·비독점적·양도 불가능한 이용 권한을 부여합니다. 이용자는 다음 행위를 하여서는 안 됩니다.We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription. You may not:
- 인디케이터·콘텐츠·데이터를 재판매·재배포·공유하거나 계정을 타인과 공유하는 행위resell, redistribute, or share the indicator, content, or data, or share your account with others;
- 역설계·복제·2차적 저작물 작성 등 지식재산권을 침해하는 행위reverse-engineer, copy, or create derivative works, or otherwise infringe intellectual property;
- 서비스의 정상적 운영을 방해하거나 부정한 방법으로 접근하는 행위disrupt the service or access it by improper means.
05지식재산권Intellectual Property
인디케이터, 로직, 웹사이트, 상표, 콘텐츠 등 서비스와 관련된 모든 지식재산권은 회사 또는 정당한 권리자에게 귀속됩니다.All intellectual property related to the service — including the indicator, its logic, the website, trademarks, and content — belongs to the Company or its licensors.
06투자 위험 고지 및 자문 부인No Investment Advice & Risk Notice
Lazy Alpha Society는 차트 기반 기술적 분석 도구이며, 특정 종목의 매매를 권유하거나 개별적인 투자 판단을 제공하지 않습니다. 회사는 금융투자업자·투자자문업자·중개업자가 아닙니다. 과거의 신호와 데이터는 미래의 수익을 보장하지 않으며, 모든 투자 판단과 그 결과에 대한 책임은 전적으로 이용자 본인에게 있습니다. 투자에는 원금 손실을 포함한 위험이 따릅니다.Lazy Alpha Society is a chart-based technical analysis tool and does not recommend specific securities or provide individualized investment advice. The Company is not a broker, investment adviser, or dealer. Past signals and data do not guarantee future results, and all trading decisions and outcomes are solely your responsibility. Trading involves risk, including the possible loss of principal.
07제3자 서비스Third-Party Services
본 서비스는 TradingView, Discord, Whop 등 제3자 플랫폼과 함께 작동하며, 각 플랫폼의 이용약관 및 정책이 적용됩니다. 회사는 제3자 서비스의 가용성이나 행위에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.The service operates alongside third-party platforms such as TradingView, Discord, and Whop, each subject to its own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.
08보증의 부인Disclaimer of Warranties
서비스는 "있는 그대로(as is)" 제공됩니다. 회사는 서비스의 정확성, 무중단성, 특정 목적에의 적합성을 보증하지 않으며, 관련 법령이 허용하는 최대 범위에서 명시적·묵시적 보증을 부인합니다.The service is provided "as is." 11해지Termination
회사는 본 약관 위반, 부정 이용, 또는 법령상 필요에 따라 사전 통지 없이 이용을 제한하거나 종료할 수 있습니다. 이용자는 언제든지 Whop에서 구독을 해지할 수 있습니다.We may restrict or terminate access without prior notice for violations, misuse, or as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time through Whop.
12약관의 변경Changes to These Terms
회사는 본 약관을 개정할 수 있으며, 변경 시 본 페이지에 게시합니다. 변경 후 서비스를 계속 이용하는 경우 개정된 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.We may revise these Terms and will post changes on this page. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13준거법 및 분쟁Governing Law & Disputes
본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석되며, 서비스와 관련한 분쟁은 관련 법령이 정하는 관할 법원에 제기합니다.These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes relating to the service shall be brought before the courts having jurisdiction under applicable law.
